Ladies Finals 2021 was held over a 7 week period. The ladies tournament was split into A and B pools with each pool consisting of both league and non-league players.
The first round of matches was played using a round robin format, this was then followed by cross pool matches.
The ladies championship finalists were Danielle Dippenaar and Karen Blom. Congratulations to both Danielle and Karen for reaching the finals.
The final match took place on World Squash Day, October 9 2021, together with the Mens Championship Finals.
In a closely contested match, Karen emerged the winner, retaining the title for 2021/2022.
Great fun was had by all, and it was a great experience for the newbies. We look forward to many more ladies joining future tournaments and to see ladies squash at Durbanville continue to grow.
