Venue Hire for Non-Members


The venue hire fee is R 3000.00 for the event date.
The venue is available Monday to Friday from 9am to 2pm, and Saturday 9am to 2am
There is a damage / breakage / loss refundable deposit payable (R1500).
The R1500 deposit is payable immediately to secure your booking.

The cash bar is only available to be used if the club bar staff are hired to operate the bar. Please enquire with the club for staff contact details.

We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The venue hire fee of R3000 must be paid 48 hours prior to the event. You will receive your deposit of R1500 refunded to you within 48 hours after the event, less any expenses for breakage, damage or loss. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the event date, your R1500 deposit will not be refunded.

Included with the venue:

  • 9 x steel tables (white & black tablecloths)
  • 70 plastic chairs
  • Cutlery (knives / forks / plates (big & small) / pudding plates)
  • Full use of the kitchen (4 plate stove with oven, fridge, microwave)
  • Cleaning of the venue after the function: (this is within reason of management (additional charges may apply)
  • Ample parking
  • Toilet facilities / smoking room / pool table / basic sound system
  • 3 x braai areas
  • 3 x televisions
  • Optional: fully stocked cash bar with bar staff

Durbanville Squash Club Members receive a 66% discount (R2000 off the normal price – R1000 booking fee) on venue hire only. Please enquire via how member bookings work.
